Information Devgnostix collects
When you submit an inquiry, Devgnostix may collect your name, work email, company, role, engagement interest, timing, budget range, and information you choose to include. Do not submit source code, credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive material.
How Devgnostix uses it
Devgnostix uses inquiry information to respond, evaluate mutual fit, schedule conversations, maintain business records, and protect the security and integrity of its services. Devgnostix does not sell personal information.
CRM and service providers
Inquiry information is processed and stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management provider used by Devgnostix. Netlify hosts this website, and the Devgnostix business email provider supports direct correspondence. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. If privacy focused analytics are enabled later, this policy will identify the provider, data collected, retention period, and available choices before deployment.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to legal and business record obligations.
Confidentiality and security
Professional engagements may involve code, infrastructure, personnel information, product plans, and other proprietary material. That information is governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Devgnostix uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@devgnostix.com. Devgnostix will respond in accordance with applicable law.
