Background

The work has always come through reputation. That is not a strategy. It is the result of thirty years of doing the work correctly.

Independent practice since 2001, first as KB Consulting and since 2013 as Devgnostix LLC. Healthcare and energy are the two domains where the depth runs longest: clinical data systems, HL7 integrations, real-time grid operations, demand response platforms, and now AI pipelines in regulated environments.

The clients during that time have included Johns Hopkins, Exelon, IMS Health, and a series of growth-stage companies in healthcare and energy, two of which were acquired. In both acquisition cases, the platform architecture contributed directly to the transaction narrative.
